For club and tournament players, how would you play this hand?

To produce your best at match-point pairs, it is essential to have your wits about you. Such was clearly not the case when I came across this deal in the penultimate session of the National Pairs Final.

As South, you have bid conservatively with your seven card heart suit and when West leads the ♣Q you are pleased to see that unless the K is singleton you have 4 losers.

East overtakes the ♣Q with the ♣K, cashed the ace on which West plays the 10 and then leads the ♣9. How do you play?
